SIGLEC5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIGLEC5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,881 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIGLEC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSPE1, MIS18A, and EBP. Each is linked with SIGLEC5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIGLEC5-to-partner and partner-to-SIGLEC5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HSPE1 grouped by SIGLEC5-low versus SIGLEC5-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIGLEC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIGLEC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
