SIGLEC30P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIGLEC30P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,360 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIGLEC30P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are P3H1, RCN3, and CRTAP. Each is linked with SIGLEC30P in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIGLEC30P-to-partner and partner-to-SIGLEC30P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIGLEC30P→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIGLEC30P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
