Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SIGLEC29P RNA is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SIGLEC29P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher SIGLEC29P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SIGLEC29P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC show a favorable association.

UVM, KIRC, and THCA are the cancer types where SIGLEC29P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
