SIGLEC20P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIGLEC20P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,745 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIGLEC20P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of actin filament organization, Positive regulation of proteasomal protein catabolic process, and Respiratory system development. Each is linked with SIGLEC20P in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIGLEC20P-to-partner and partner-to-SIGLEC20P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of actin filament organization grouped by SIGLEC20P-low versus SIGLEC20P-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIGLEC20P→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIGLEC20P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
