SIGLEC17P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIGLEC17P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,571 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIGLEC17P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HPGDS, RSU1, and CLIC2. Each is linked with SIGLEC17P in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIGLEC17P-to-partner and partner-to-SIGLEC17P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIGLEC17P versus HPGDS in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIGLEC17P→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIGLEC17P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
