Across TCGA cell cohorts, SIGLEC16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,122 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIGLEC16-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytosolic transport, Epigenetic regulation of gene expression, and Protein polyubiquitination. Each is linked with SIGLEC16 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIGLEC16-to-partner and partner-to-SIGLEC16 results are reported.
