SIGLEC14

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIGLEC14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 286 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIGLEC14-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2AM1P, RNA5SP405, and RNY1P1. Each is linked with SIGLEC14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIGLEC14-to-partner and partner-to-SIGLEC14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2AM1P grouped by SIGLEC14-low versus SIGLEC14-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIGLEC14→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIGLEC14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
