SIGLEC14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SIGLEC14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,541 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIGLEC14-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIGLEC5, CXCR2, and CSF2RB. Each is linked with SIGLEC14 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIGLEC14-to-partner and partner-to-SIGLEC14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIGLEC14 versus SIGLEC5 in BLOOD_Leukemia, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIGLEC14→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIGLEC14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
