Across TCGA cell cohorts, SIGLEC14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,911 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SIGLEC14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic G1/S transition checkpoint signaling, Hormone transport, and RNA methylation. Each is linked with SIGLEC14 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIGLEC14-to-partner and partner-to-SIGLEC14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Mitotic G1/S transition checkpoint signaling grouped by SIGLEC14-low versus SIGLEC14-high in CNS.
