SIGLEC12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIGLEC12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,270 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIGLEC12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LCP2, NCF2, and CORO1A. Each is linked with SIGLEC12 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIGLEC12-to-partner and partner-to-SIGLEC12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIGLEC12 versus LCP2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIGLEC12→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIGLEC12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
