Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIGLEC12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 121 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SIGLEC12-associated genes across cancer lineages are RUNDC3B, ACP2, and TNIP1. Each is linked with SIGLEC12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIGLEC12-to-partner and partner-to-SIGLEC12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIGLEC12 versus RUNDC3B in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIGLEC12→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIGLEC12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
