SIGLEC12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIGLEC12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,252 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIGLEC12-associated genes across cancer lineages are APOOP2, UBXN6, and RCE1. Each is linked with SIGLEC12 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIGLEC12-to-partner and partner-to-SIGLEC12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, APOOP2 grouped by SIGLEC12-low versus SIGLEC12-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIGLEC12→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIGLEC12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
