SIGLEC12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SIGLEC12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,147 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIGLEC12-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Neutrophil-mediated killing of fungus, Negative regulation of beige fat cell differentiation, and Positive regulation of respiratory gaseous exchange. Each is linked with SIGLEC12 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIGLEC12-to-partner and partner-to-SIGLEC12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Neutrophil-mediated killing of fungus grouped by SIGLEC12-low versus SIGLEC12-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIGLEC12→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIGLEC12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
