SIGLEC12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SIGLEC12 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,877 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIGLEC12-associated genes across cancer lineages are CACNA1F, ZC3H13, and WDFY4. Each is linked with SIGLEC12 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIGLEC12-to-partner and partner-to-SIGLEC12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CACNA1F grouped by SIGLEC12-low versus SIGLEC12-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIGLEC12→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIGLEC12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
