SIGLEC11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIGLEC11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,465 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIGLEC11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are THEMIS2, ARHGAP30, and PARVG. Each is linked with SIGLEC11 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIGLEC11-to-partner and partner-to-SIGLEC11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIGLEC11 versus THEMIS2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIGLEC11→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIGLEC11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
