SIGLEC11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIGLEC11 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIGLEC11-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, MEK1, and TIGAR. Each is linked with SIGLEC11 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIGLEC11-to-partner and partner-to-SIGLEC11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by SIGLEC11-low versus SIGLEC11-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIGLEC11→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIGLEC11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
