SIGLEC10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIGLEC10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,636 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIGLEC10-associated genes across cancer lineages are VSIG4, FCER1G, and MNDA. Each is linked with SIGLEC10 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIGLEC10-to-partner and partner-to-SIGLEC10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIGLEC10 versus VSIG4 in BLCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIGLEC10→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIGLEC10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
