SIGLEC10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIGLEC10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,081 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIGLEC10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BTK, CCDC88B_S597, and CD4. Each is linked with SIGLEC10 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIGLEC10-to-partner and partner-to-SIGLEC10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIGLEC10 versus BTK in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIGLEC10→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIGLEC10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
