SIGLEC10

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIGLEC10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,946 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIGLEC10-associated genes across cancer lineages are LAG3, LILRB1, and IL10RA. Each is linked with SIGLEC10 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIGLEC10-to-partner and partner-to-SIGLEC10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIGLEC10 versus LAG3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIGLEC10→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIGLEC10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
