Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIGLEC10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,603 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SIGLEC10-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL865P, RNU6-596P, and EI24P1. Each is linked with SIGLEC10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIGLEC10-to-partner and partner-to-SIGLEC10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL865P grouped by SIGLEC10-low versus SIGLEC10-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIGLEC10→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIGLEC10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
