SIGLEC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIGLEC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,861 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIGLEC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CD163, CYBB, and FCER1G. Each is linked with SIGLEC1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIGLEC1-to-partner and partner-to-SIGLEC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIGLEC1 versus CD163 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIGLEC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIGLEC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
