SIGLEC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIGLEC1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 61 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIGLEC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, PDCD4, and PKC-b-II_pS660. Each is linked with SIGLEC1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIGLEC1-to-partner and partner-to-SIGLEC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by SIGLEC1-low versus SIGLEC1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIGLEC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIGLEC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
