Across TCGA cell cohorts, SIGLEC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 672 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIGLEC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Intraciliary retrograde transport, Photoreceptor cell maintenance, and Reticulophagy. Each is linked with SIGLEC1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIGLEC1-to-partner and partner-to-SIGLEC1 results are reported.
