Across TCGA cell cohorts, SIGLEC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,291 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIGLEC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCL16, MREG, and CSH1. Each is linked with SIGLEC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIGLEC1-to-partner and partner-to-SIGLEC1 results are reported.
