SIDT2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIDT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,148 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIDT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIK3, PCSK7, and ZZEF1. Each is linked with SIDT2 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIDT2-to-partner and partner-to-SIDT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIDT2 versus SIK3 in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIDT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIDT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
