Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIDT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,325 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SIDT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTDNEP1, MIR4445, and MIR8076. Each is linked with SIDT2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIDT2-to-partner and partner-to-SIDT2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CTDNEP1 grouped by SIDT2-low versus SIDT2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIDT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIDT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
