Across TCGA cell cohorts, SIDT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,042 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIDT2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of protein localization to vacuole, Calcium-independent cell-matrix adhesion, and Regulation of macroautophagy. Each is linked with SIDT2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIDT2-to-partner and partner-to-SIDT2 results are reported.
