Across TCGA cell cohorts, SIDT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIDT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CBLIF, PRSS58, and CRYGA. Each is linked with SIDT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIDT2-to-partner and partner-to-SIDT2 results are reported.
