Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SIDT1-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SIDT1-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher SIDT1-AS1 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SIDT1-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and HNSC show a favorable association.

OV, CHOL, and KIRC are the cancer types where SIDT1-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
