SIAH2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIAH2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIAH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ER-alpha, PRDX1, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with SIAH2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIAH2-to-partner and partner-to-SIAH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ER-alpha grouped by SIAH2-low versus SIAH2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIAH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIAH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
