Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIAE protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,591 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SIAE-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF14, XRCC2, and TPX2. Each is linked with SIAE in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIAE-to-partner and partner-to-SIAE results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIAE versus KIF14 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIAE→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIAE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
