SIAE

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIAE mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,696 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIAE-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP419, RN7SL97P, and RNA5SP411. Each is linked with SIAE in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIAE-to-partner and partner-to-SIAE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP419 grouped by SIAE-low versus SIAE-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIAE→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIAE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
