Across TCGA cell cohorts, SHTN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,576 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHTN1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytoplasmic actin-based contraction involved in cell motility, Cdc42 protein signal transduction, and Organelle localization by membrane tethering. Each is linked with SHTN1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHTN1-to-partner and partner-to-SHTN1 results are reported.
