SHROOM3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHROOM3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,367 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHROOM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SHROOM3-AS1, TMEM125, and ELN-AS1. Each is linked with SHROOM3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHROOM3-to-partner and partner-to-SHROOM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SHROOM3 versus SHROOM3-AS1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHROOM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHROOM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
