Across TCGA cell cohorts, SHROOM3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,989 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHROOM3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of myoblast fusion, Actomyosin structure organization, and Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with SHROOM3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHROOM3-to-partner and partner-to-SHROOM3 results are reported.
