SHROOM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHROOM2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 59 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHROOM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Annexin_VII, FoxM1, and PCNA. Each is linked with SHROOM2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHROOM2-to-partner and partner-to-SHROOM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Annexin_VII grouped by SHROOM2-low versus SHROOM2-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHROOM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHROOM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
