SHROOM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHROOM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,116 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHROOM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TYK2, LENG8, and SLC22A5. Each is linked with SHROOM1 in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHROOM1-to-partner and partner-to-SHROOM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SHROOM1 versus TYK2 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHROOM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHROOM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
