Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHROOM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,804 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHROOM1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SHROOM1_S224, SHROOM1_S308, and SHROOM1_S166. Each is linked with SHROOM1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHROOM1-to-partner and partner-to-SHROOM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SHROOM1 versus SHROOM1_S224 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.
