SHROOM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHROOM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,320 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHROOM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP415, GPATCH11, and LYSMD3. Each is linked with SHROOM1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHROOM1-to-partner and partner-to-SHROOM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP415 grouped by SHROOM1-low versus SHROOM1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHROOM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHROOM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
