SHROOM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SHROOM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 451 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHROOM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10K1, DAZ2, and CT47A6. Each is linked with SHROOM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHROOM1-to-partner and partner-to-SHROOM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10K1 grouped by SHROOM1-low versus SHROOM1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHROOM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHROOM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
