Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHQ1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,312 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHQ1P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Obsolete histone H3-K4 methylation, Cytosolic transport, and Protein polyubiquitination. Each is linked with SHQ1P1 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHQ1P1-to-partner and partner-to-SHQ1P1 results are reported.
