Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHOC2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 55 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHOC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, EGFR_pY1068, and FASN. Each is linked with SHOC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHOC2-to-partner and partner-to-SHOC2 results are reported.
