Across TCGA cell cohorts, SHOC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,152 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHOC2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Phosphatidylinositol metabolic process, Negative regulation of keratinocyte differentiation, and Positive regulation of Ras protein signal transduction. Each is linked with SHOC2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHOC2-to-partner and partner-to-SHOC2 results are reported.
