SHOC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHOC1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHOC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FASN, Notch1, and ERK2. Each is linked with SHOC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHOC1-to-partner and partner-to-SHOC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FASN grouped by SHOC1-low versus SHOC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHOC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHOC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
