SHMT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHMT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,410 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHMT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCOR1, ELAC2, and ALKBH5. Each is linked with SHMT1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHMT1-to-partner and partner-to-SHMT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SHMT1 versus NCOR1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHMT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHMT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
