SHMT1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHMT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,722 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHMT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRPSAP2, ALDH3A2, and TTC19. Each is linked with SHMT1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHMT1-to-partner and partner-to-SHMT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SHMT1 versus PRPSAP2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHMT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHMT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
