SHLD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHLD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,772 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHLD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WAPL, KIFBP, and CTBP2. Each is linked with SHLD2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHLD2-to-partner and partner-to-SHLD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SHLD2 versus WAPL in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHLD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHLD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
