SHLD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHLD2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHLD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Ku80, p27_pT157, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with SHLD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHLD2-to-partner and partner-to-SHLD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ku80 grouped by SHLD2-low versus SHLD2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHLD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHLD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
