Across TCGA cell cohorts, SHLD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,648 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SHLD2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Telomere maintenance in response to DNA damage, Lagging strand elongation, and Positive regulation of mitochondrial ATP synthesis coupled electron transport. Each is linked with SHLD2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHLD2-to-partner and partner-to-SHLD2 results are reported.
