SHLD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SHLD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,410 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHLD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPCPD1, CRLS1, and TRMT6. Each is linked with SHLD1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHLD1-to-partner and partner-to-SHLD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SHLD1 versus GPCPD1 in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHLD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHLD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
